Ergomar 2mg Sublingual Tablets for Migraines: Experiences and Concerns

I ran out of my supply. I'm trying to find a replacement while waiting for my doctor's next appointment. What are some good alternatives to Ergomar that others have used? I’m open to any suggestions!
