I had to stop using the tablets because I developed a severe allergic reaction. I ended up in the ER with swollen lips and trouble breathing. If you experience any of those symptoms, seek medical help immediately. It's scary how quickly it can get serious.

I’ve had way too much of an upset stomach and bloating. I get headaches too, but I'm glad they help with the dryness. Anyone else have this much of a reaction?

I would say these have been a game-changer for me in dealing with menopausal symptoms. No more painful sexual experiences. Yes, there are some side effects, but they're manageable. My doctor was very helpful to adjust the dosage after a few weeks which helped with the headaches and cramping. I haven’t had any major issues with these, aside from some minor bloating. I've also been using them for the past month and have noticed significant improvement in my symptoms. Every body reacts differently though so monitor your signs carefully.
