Ethacrynate is a last resort for me. I had terrible side effects, but for me it worked better than other options. It depends on your body and your circumstances.
I take Ethacrynate and I haven't had any serious issues. Just some mild headaches and fatigue but nothing I can't handle.
It can be hard to deal with, but make sure to report any issues to your doctor. They can adjust your dose or switch you to a different medication. I've known folks to react relatively well to it.
I was on Ethacrynate and it did wonders for my edema, but the side effects were too much. My doctor tried me on a few others, and I finally found one that works without all the nasty side effects.
