I've been taking Ethosuximide for my absence seizures and it has been a game-changer. I wanted to share my experience and any side effects I've encountered. I've noticed some dizziness and drowsiness, but overall, it's manageable. Has anyone else had similar experiences or noticed any other side effects?

I noticed some changes in my balance and coordination initially, but it got better over time. Just makes me want to sleep a lot. Anyone else feel like they're always tired on this med?

This medication has been a lifesaver for my seizures. I've had some side effects, but they're worth it in the long run. Just make sure to talk to your doctor regularly. Don't forget to report side effects if they bother you.

Don't worry about the rare stuff. I've been on this med for years and never had any issues. Heads up though, the hives are annoying. Definitely talk to your doctor about it tho
