I had a bad reaction to Etodolac. I started experiencing shortness of breath and swelling in my legs, so I had to stop taking it immediately. I'm not sure if it's common, but it was scary. I switched to a different NSAID and haven't had any problems since.
I switched to Etodolac from another NSAID because my doctor said it had fewer gastrointestinal side effects. So far, so good—no major issues, but I'm always cautious and take it with food.
