I've been reading about Exkivity (Mobocertinib) 40mg Capsules, a new treatment option for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR Exon 20 insertion mutation. It's promised to block signals that help cancer cells grow, but I've also seen some alarming side effects listed. Has anyone here had experience with this medication? I'd love to hear about both the positive and negative aspects. How does it compare to other treatments? What should I be most concerned about?

Not sure if this will help you, but you should speak with your doctor about getting regular blood tests. I know it's a bit of a hassle, but keeping an eye on your electrolyte levels and blood pressure can help you stay safe while on Exkivity. They really go for a deep dive.

I started taking Exkivity a few months ago after my doctor recommended it. So far, it's been managing my NSCLC quite well. The side effects have been manageable, mostly just some stomach issues and fatigue, but nothing too severe. I've heard the urgent side effects can be nasty, so I'm constantly on the lookout for those.

As a healthcare provider, I've seen a few patients on Exkivity. It's definitely showing promise, but the side effects can be a challenge. Diarrhea and vomiting are common, but they can usually be managed with medication. The big concern is the potential for severe reactions, so patients need to be educated on what to look out for.

I'm really grateful for Exkivity. My lung cancer had spread to my lymph nodes and was resistant to other treatments. After a couple of months, my scans showed that the tumors had shrunk significantly. Would highly recommend it if you're facing this type of mutation.

What are the other treatment options for this specific mutation? Just trying to weigh all my options.

I had a bad experience with Exkivity. The side effects were just too much for me and I ended up switching to a different treatment. It's definitely not for everyone, so it's important to listen to your body and talk to your doctor if something doesn't feel right. Just be cautious!

Been on Exkivity for a little while. The main side effect I've noticed is hair loss. My oncologist told me this should be manageable, though. I'm keeping an eye on the severe side effects, as they sound scary! But overall, I've found it helpful so far.

I've been on Exkivity for a year now, and while I've had some side effects, I'm just grateful to have a treatment that's actually working. My advice is to stay positive and keep an open dialogue with your medical team. It's unfortunate to hear this is a hassle for many, I think it's been more painless than other treatments.

I wish they'd come out with a version that doesn't have so many side effects. It's a tough pill to swallow, literally and metaphorically!

Just started Exkivity and already experiencing some skin irritation. Anyone have tips for dealing with this?
