I recently started taking Udamin Sp Tablets as a daily multivitamin to support my overall health. However, I've experienced some severe reactions that have me worried. I'm looking for advice on what to do next. The most concerning side effects include severe stomach cramps, black stools, and a rash that's spreading. I stopped taking the tablets immediately but I am unsure if I should seek urgent medical attention. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? How did you handle it? What are the potential risks if I don't get help right away? Should I be concerned about long-term effects? I'm hoping some of you have insights or similar experiences to share.

I've taken Udamin for months with no issues. But everyone's body is different. Just be on the lookout for any unusual symptoms.

I had a similar experience with a different multivitamin. It turns out I was allergic to one of the ingredients. After an allergy test, I switched to a different brand and it was fine. Be sure they test you for allergies.

Did you check the label? Some people might have reactions to certain ingredients like iron, which can be part of the formula. If you want to avoid this in the future, look for multivitamins without iron unless specifically advised by your doctor.

Wishing you a full recovery. Remember, if you experience trouble breathing, swelling, or severe stomach issues, don't hesitate to go to the ER. These can be life-threatening.

This sucks! I've been taking Udamin Sp Tablets for a while and never had any issues. Just be careful and listen to your body.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through this. Udamin Sp Tablets are generally safe, but like all supplements, they can cause adverse reactions. If you suspect a side effect, it's crucial to contact a healthcare professional. Also, be sure to report the side effects to the FDA. This will help improve safety for everyone.

You should absolutely seek medical attention immediately if you're experiencing black stools and a rash. These symptoms can be indicative of serious allergic reactions or internal bleeding, especially since the tablets contain iron. Better safe than sorry!

I had a bit of stomach upset when I started taking them, but it went away after a few days. Maybe give it a bit of time to see if your body adjusts? But if it gets worse, definitely see a doctor.

I had similar reactions and my doctor did an endoscopy. He recommended to change the supplements. Listen to your body and seek help. It could be serious.

Has anyone ever experienced any positive benefits from Udamin Sp Tablets? I've been thinking of taking them but this thread is making me second guess.
