I've been prescribed Naprelan 750mg CR Tablets for my osteoarthritis and have been taking them for a few weeks. I've noticed a significant reduction in joint pain and stiffness, but I'm concerned about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones. I've read about the risks of bleeding and kidney problems, and it's making me a bit anxious. Has anyone else had experience with these side effects? How do you manage the anxiety around them? Also, how does Naprelan compare to other NSAIDs like ibuprofen or naproxen? I'd appreciate any insights or advice from those who have used this medication.

I had to switch to a different NSAID because Naprelan gave me really bad headaches and dizziness. So much so that it affected everything I did. Has anyone else experienced this??

This medication saved me from a flare-up. I had to discontinue due to the risk of existing kidney problems but if you can tolerate it, it's great for a flare-up.

I've had some bad experiences with other NSAIDs, so I'm really nervous about Naprelan. Anything to help manage the anxiety?? I've been taking it for a week and I'm really hoping it works!

I switched from ibuprofen to Naprelan and the difference was night and day. I had less joint pain and more energy. I didn't experience any serious side effects, but I did have some mild dizziness. It usually happened if I stood up too quickly. I made sure to take it with food as well and kept track of any unusual symptoms.

What are the benefits of CR tablets? If it's less frequent dosing than regular naproxen, definitely worth the slight risk. I'd rather take something once a day than multiple times a day

I was on Naprelan for a while and it worked wonders for my gout. No serious side effects, just some mild stomach issues.
