Stay hydrated, folks. It sounds simple, but it makes a big difference. Drink lots of water and listen to your body.
Sounds tough, but keep your chin up. I've heard good things about alternative remedies that can help with some of the side effects. Have you tried any? I use this special tea from the store and it helps.
