Has anyone tried combining Pirfenidone with oxygen therapy? I've heard it can be beneficial, but I'm not sure if it's worth the added hassle. Any experiences with this?
Always remember, everyone's body reacts differently to medication. If you're experiencing severe side effects, talk to your doctor. They might need to adjust your dosage or switch you to something else.
I had to stop taking it due to severe liver issues. The medication can be hard on the liver, so get your bloodwork done regularly.
Be careful with sun exposure. I got a bad sunburn after starting Pirfenidone and didn't realize the medication made me extra sensitive to the sun.
What’s the most common sign you’ll know if you’re experiencing an allergic reaction? Mine was a rash and some super itchy skin that just wouldn’t go away.
