I hated these pills. I switched to a liquid iron supplement and it was a game-changer. No more stomach issues for me!

I've always had iron deficiency and these tablets are part of my daily medicine routine. It's not life-threatening, but it gets the job done.
I think the most annoying side effect for me was the constipation. I started taking a fiber supplement and it helped a lot. Plus, I drink plenty of water.
Make sure you take it with food. I didn't and ended up with a sore stomach every time. Also, don't forget to call your doctor if you notice any of the urgent side effects. Better safe than sorry!
