I've been taking Fetzima 120mg for about three months now, and I've seen some mixed results. The extended-release capsule is convenient, as I only have to take it once a day. It has helped improve my mood and overall well-being, which is great. I've noticed that it's helped with my anxiety symptoms as well. However, I've experienced some side effects that have been a bit concerning. I've had some constipation and excessive sweating, which were mentioned as potential side effects but I didn't take them seriously enough. Also, I have had a bit of a headache, which could be a sign of low sodium levels. I've been trying to stay hydrated and watch my diet to see if that helps. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I'm also concerned about the potential for serotonin syndrome. I'm taking this medication along with another antidepressant, and I'm wondering if there's a risk of developing this condition. I'd appreciate any insights or advice from others who have had experience with Fetzima.

I've heard mixed reviews about Fetzima. It seems to work well for some people but not for others. I think it's important to talk to your doctor about any side effects you experience and make sure it's the right med for you.

Serotonin syndrome is no joke. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital because of it. If you're taking any other meds that affect serotonin levels, be extra careful. Talk to your doctor about it.

I've been on Fetzima for a few years now, and it's been a lifesaver. The side effects were pretty mild for me—just some sweating and upset stomach initially. I remember having to talk to my doctor about these issues since it was a bit worrying. Now that I'm used to it, I've seen a huge improvement in my energy levels and mood. Highly recommend talking to your doctor if you're on any other meds to make sure there's no risk of serotonin syndrome.

I've been on multiple antidepressants, and this one has been the most effective for me. I had some minor side effects like upset stomach and constipation, but my doctor recommended some fiber supplements and it cleared up. No more headaches or dizziness for me!

I’ve been on Fetzima for a couple of months now, and I’ve noticed some weight gain. I'm not sure if it's a side effect or just my diet, but it’s something to keep an eye on. I've been trying to eat healthier to see if that helps.

I had a friend who had to switch from Fetzima because of the sexual side effects. She had trouble maintaining an erection and it caused a lot of stress in her relationship. It's worth mentioning if you're experiencing it.

I switched to Fetzima after trying a bunch of other antidepressants, and the side effects were way worse. I had a rash, and I was sweating non-stop. My doctor said it was probably due to the way Fetzima affects serotonin levels, but I had to stop taking it. It was a tough decision, but my mental health is more important.

I started taking Fetzima a couple of months ago, and I've had a terrible time with it. First I noticed constipation, but then I developed what felt like a severe allergic reaction. My face was swollen, and I had trouble breathing. I ended up in the ER, and they told me to stop taking it immediately. Needless to say, I'm not a fan of this medication.

The extended-release capsule is a game-changer for me. I used to forget to take my meds multiple times a day, and it made a big difference once I switched to Fetzima. The only thing I've noticed is some light-headedness, but my doctor said it's manageable. Plus, I've seen a big improvement in my overall mood.
