I recently started taking Fexofenadine 60mg Tablets for my seasonal allergies, and I've had a pretty good experience so far. It's a non-drowsy antihistamine, which is a huge plus for me since I need to stay alert at work. I've noticed a significant reduction in my sneezing and itchy eyes, but I did experience a mild headache the first few days. I've read about some serious side effects, like allergic reactions and dizziness, but thankfully, I haven't encountered any of those. Has anyone else had a similar experience with Fexofenadine? Also, I'm curious about how it compares to other antihistamines like Loratadine or Cetirizine. Anyone with insights on that?

One thing I've learned is the importance of reporting side effects if they occur. The FDA has a hotline and an online portal for reporting, which is reassuring to know. It seems like a small step, but it could help others who might be taking the same medication.

I've had issues with Fexofenadine and Zyrtec. Both gave me headaches, but Fexofenadine was worse. I ended up switching to Xyzal and that's been a game-changer for me. Just wanted to share my experience.

Has anyone had trouble swallowing these tablets? They're huge! I ended up switching to the liquid form, which is much easier to deal with.

I had no clue Fexofenadine could cause drooling as a side effect. I think I've had this happen but thought it was something else. The fact I had to go to the bathroom to spit out excess saliva later on. Keep these side effects in mind folks.

I switched from Loratadine to Fexofenadine because Loratadine made me drowsy. Fexofenadine has been great for me, but I did have a weird case of flushed skin. It's not dangerous but it makes me uncomfortable to be in public. What’s the best way to treat this?

I've had really good luck with Fexofenadine, and it's helped with my symptoms a lot. I have one side question for you: has anyone tried combining it with eye drops for better relief? I'm thinking of giving it a shot. Who knows, maybe it will work for me.

Be cautious with Fexofenadine if you have any heart conditions. It can affect your heart rate in some cases, and it's something to keep in mind when choosing an antihistamine.
