I've been taking Fish Oil Omega-3 1000mg Capsules for a few months now, and I've noticed some improvements in my joint health. However, I recently started experiencing some burping and a change in taste, which I've been told could be side effects. I'm a bit concerned about the rare but serious side effects mentioned, like chest pain or allergic reactions. Has anyone else had similar experiences or know more about these side effects? Also, how long does it typically take to see the benefits of taking fish oil? I'd appreciate any insights or advice from those who have been taking these supplements for a while.

I take my fish oil with a meal and in the evening because I've read that it can interfere with blood thinning medications. I found my blood pressure reducing a little. I noticed some benefits such as reduced joint pain and clearer skin.

I get burping from my fish oil too. Tried taking it with food, that helped a bit.

I have a fast heartbeat often since I started taking this stuff. Is that normal? Should I stop taking it?

Fish oil is great for heart health, but make sure to choose a high-quality supplement. I always get molecularly distilled fish oil to avoid any contaminants. It's worth the extra cost for peace of mind.
