Fluconazole 150mg Tablets are a commonly prescribed antifungal medication used to treat a variety of fungal infections, including vaginal yeast infections, oral thrush, and more serious fungal infections in the body. The medicine works by inhibiting the growth of the fungus, but it is essential to be aware of the potential side effects. Commonly reported side effects include dizziness, headache, stomach pain, diarrhea, upset stomach, vomiting, and changes in taste. However, more serious side effects such as allergic reactions, liver problems, and abnormal heartbeats require immediate medical attention. If you or someone you know is considering Fluconazole for treatment, this thread is a great place to discuss experiences, ask questions, and share information. Remember to always prioritize your health and consult your doctor if you experience any side effects or have concerns. If you have advice on how to avoid common side effects or must avoid fluconazole due to liver problems, please share your expertise.

I had a bad reaction to Fluconazole—rash all over and couldn’t breathe properly. I ended up in the ER. It's not something to mess around with.

I think the key is to know the warning signs and go to the doctor right away if anything feels off. Fluconazole is a lifesaver for some infections, but you have to be careful.

This is my first time hearing about a drug that gives you seizures. I knew the other side effects but that's pretty serious. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've used Fluconazole for a yeast infection before, and it worked wonders. Just make sure to stay hydrated and avoid alcohol while taking it to reduce stomach upset.

My mom’s doctor prescribed it for a serious fungal infection she had. She had to take a ton of precautions. She couldn't take any other medication at the time and had to have regular liver function tests. Personally, I think it's worth it if it works for you.

What are the chances someone would get one of the severe side effects? Feels like I'm always seeing these warnings but nobody I know has had them.

Worth mentioning, they stopped making capsules, so it's tablets or nothing now. Not a big deal, but worth knowing if you were used to the capsules.
