Fluocinolone Acet 0.01% Soln 60ml is a topical corticosteroid medication commonly prescribed to reduce inflammation, itching, and redness from skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. It works by suppressing the immune response in the skin. While this can be very effective, the list of potential side effects is concerning. I’ve been using it for a week and have noticed some irritation at the site of application. Has anyone else experienced severe side effects? I've started wondering if it's worth the risk. Many people don't report issues, but the potential for serious complications is daunting.

I hadno real issues with this medication, but I did notice some weight gain in my upper back and abdomen. I don't know if it was related, but it was something I hadn't experienced before starting the medication. I wonder if this is the start of Cushing's syndrome. I'm not sure, it worries me.

I had hives and swelling. I had to stop using it. It was terrible.

I recently switched to this from another topical steroid and have noticed a significant improvement in my eczema. It’s a bit pricey but worth it for the relief. However, the side effects list is a bit scary.

I’ve had no issues with the burning or stinging, but I did experience some dry skin. My doctor suggested using a spot treatment instead of applying it all over the affected area. It helped a bit, but it’s still something to watch out for.

Be very careful with this stuff. I had a friend who ended up with some pretty severe skin changes, including stretch marks and acne breakouts. It’s not fun.

My doctor said that if I experience any of the serious side effects, like signs of high blood sugar or a weak adrenal gland, I should stop using the medication immediately and seek medical attention.
