I've been using Fluticasone HFA 110mcg Oral Inh for a few months now to manage my asthma, and it's been a game-changer. The inhaler works by reducing inflammation in my airways, which makes breathing so much easier. However, I've been noticing some potential side effects that I want to talk about. I did try this inhaler as an alternative to budesonide but find that fluticasone does a better job with less nasal congestion. I've read that these side effects can range from mild to severe, and it's essential to stay vigilant. The urgent side effects list is particularly worrying. Does anyone else have any scary side effect stories? Do any of you know how it compares to other corticosteroids like budesonide?

I've been on Fluticasone HFA for a while and haven't experienced any major side effects. I've noticed the common cold symptoms, but nothing too concerning. I do wish my doctor had explained that I'd need to use it every day even when I feel good. I was only taking it when I had an asthma attack. The reduction of inflammation is clear. This is what my doctor says is good news.

I've been using Fluticasone HFA for about a year now, and I haven't had any major issues. I do get occasional headaches, but they're manageable. I've also noticed some changes in my voice, but it's not severe and my doctor assured me it's normal. The occasional sore throat is worth it for the breathing relief.

I've been on Fluticasone HFA for a few months now and I've had no issues at all. I was worried about the side effects, and I have to say inhalers just scare me with all of that. But it works for me. I hope that it continues to work.

I had a really bad experience with this. The throat irritation was the worst. My doctor said I might be sensitive to it, but I was glad of the breathing relief. I'm on a lower dose of a different corticosteroid now.

I think the flushing is the worst. I have to take a break. Your experience is interesting. It seems the side effects are banal. But is flushing a normal one? It's nothing compared to the report of a rapid heartbeat though. I'm glad it worked for you well.

I've experienced a few of the symptoms mentioned, but nothing too severe. I did have some weight gain around my abdomen, but it wasn't significant. I've been monitoring my health closely, and so far, so good. I'm just kind of worried about the long term stuff. Some of the symptoms seem really scary like the Cushing's syndrome. Have any of you been on this for a long time?
