I've been using Flutic/vilan 100-25mcg Oral Inh for a few months now for my COPD, and while it has helped with my breathing, I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects. The medication has a combination of a steroid (fluticasone) to reduce inflammation and a bronchodilator (vilanterol) to open my airways, which is great, but the list of possible side effects is extensive. I need to know if anyone else has experienced any of the urgent side effects mentioned, especially the signs of an allergic reaction or severe breathing problems. Please share your experiences and any tips on managing these side effects. Has anyone else had trouble with the respiratory emergency warnings? I'm curious to hear from others who have used this inhaler.

I've been on this inhaler for a year and haven't had any major issues. Just the occasional sore throat, but nothing too bad.

I actually prefer this to my previous inhaler. It's easier to use and seems to work better for me. The side effects are a bit concerning, but so far, I've had none of the urgent ones. I've just had a bit of a sore throat and joint pain.

I've been using it for a year, and the only side effect I get is a runny nose. Other than that, I haven't had any issues. It's been a pretty good experience overall.

I had a pretty scary episode of chest pain after using this inhaler. Turns out it was just a panic attack, but it definitely had me worried. Definitely keep your rescue inhaler handy just in case!

I've had flu-like symptoms since I started using Flutic/vilan. My doctor said it's probably just a coincidence, but it's been tough. I'm also worried about the long-term effects of using steroids. Anyone else feel the same?
