I've been taking it for a week and have had some stomach upset, not sure if it's from this or something else, however. Otherwise, I feel fine.
I had a bad reaction to a similar supplement. I ended up with a rash and had to stop. Good to know Folgard has a warning about allergic reactions.

I think it's a good supplement, but it's important to consult a doctor before taking such high doses of vitamins. I had some tingling sensations that scared me, but it turned out to be just a minor reaction that subsided
I took a similar supplement once, but I had trouble sleeping. Maybe this one is better, or maybe I’ll have some other side effect. I hope not!
