I recently started taking Folgard Rx Tabs, which is a new formula designed to help process homocysteine more effectively. It contains high doses of Folic Acid (Vitamin B9), Vitamin B12, and Vitamin B6. I am curious to hear from others who have taken this or similar supplements. Have you noticed any improvements in your overall health or any side effects? I've read the potential side effects, but I'm eager to hear real-life experiences. Additionally, do any of you know more about the exact mechanism behind these vitamins helping with homocysteine? I am curious to hear any insights or anecdotes on this.

I've been taking it for a week and have had some stomach upset, not sure if it's from this or something else, however. Otherwise, I feel fine.

I had a bad reaction to a similar supplement. I ended up with a rash and had to stop. Good to know Folgard has a warning about allergic reactions.

High homocysteine levels run in my family, and I've been considering this. What are the chances of uringergic side effects?

I started taking Folgard Rx Tabs a few months ago and have noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels. No side effects so far, but I'll keep an eye out for any. My doctor recommended it for my homocysteine levels.

I've been taking it for a month and feel great. No side effects here, just good energy. Does anyone know if this can help with memory too?

I don't understand the science behind it, but if it helps with metabolism and breaking down homocysteine, I'm all for it. Anyone have more detailed explanations?

I'm glad there's a supplement for this. I've been worried about my homocysteine levels and my doctor just prescribed this. Fingers crossed!

I think it's a good supplement, but it's important to consult a doctor before taking such high doses of vitamins. I had some tingling sensations that scared me, but it turned out to be just a minor reaction that subsided

I took a similar supplement once, but I had trouble sleeping. Maybe this one is better, or maybe I’ll have some other side effect. I hope not!
