I've been taking Foltanx Rf Capsules for a few months now, and I wanted to share my experience. These capsules contain L-Methylfolate, an active form of folate, along with active forms of Vitamin B6 and B12. I started taking them because I've always had trouble absorbing regular folic acid due to a genetic variant. Foltanx Rf has made a noticeable difference in my energy levels and overall mood, but I've also experienced some side effects like mild headaches and occasional stomach discomfort. I'm curious to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience or knows more about these vitamins and their effects on the body. How do you know if you're not absorbing folic acid efficiently? It is important to talk to your doctor before taking any supplements. My doctor recommended this to me, but I'd love to hear from others who have tried it or have more information.

I've had trouble with regular folic acid supplements in the past, so I switched to Foltanx Rf. It's been much better for me. I don't know how to tell if I have that gene mutation though. It might be worth getting tested if you're considering trying these.

Just started these a week ago and I'm feeling great! Haven't had any side effects so far, just the benefits.

I started taking these because my doctor recommended them for brain health and nerve function. I've noticed a difference in my cognitive function. I wonder if anyone else has seen improvements in red blood cell production?

I've been taking them for a few weeks and I feel like a new person. No more brain fog or fatigue. I just wish the capsules were a bit easier to swallow—they're a tad large. Hopefully they refinish the size soon.

I've had a really tough time getting enough B vitamins from my diet alone. Since finding out that I need them in this form because I have the MTHFR gene mutation, this supplement has been a game-changer. I've noticed less fatigue and better overall focus. I even had a tough time with the injection form. But I love the capsules. No more headaches or irritability. I'll never go back to regular folic acid.

I wonder if these could help with my chronic fatigue. My doctor is having me come in for a blood test first to see if I am low on any of these vitamins. If I am, I'll give them a shot. I'll report back here if the results are positive.
