I've been researching alternatives to Galantamine. Have any of you tried other medications or natural remedies that have worked better?
My mom has been on Galantamine for about a year. She's had some stomach issues but nothing too bad. The biggest issue we've faced is managing her expectations. She thinks the meds will cure her, but we've had to explain that it's just to help slow things down. Also, we've noticed some weight loss, which we're keeping an eye on.
