I just started taking Gengraf 25mg Capsules to prevent organ rejection after my recent kidney transplant. It's been a few weeks, and I'm curious about how others manage the side effects. How do you handle the more common issues like dizziness or hair growth? Any tips on maintaining a strong immune system while on this medication? Also, what are some signs that something might be seriously wrong? The list of side effects is overwhelming! I want to take this medication exactly as prescribed, but I'm still feeling anxious about it.

I've been on Gengraf for a year and a half post-heart transplant. I second the importance of regular check-ups. The side effects can be scary, but my doctors have been great at monitoring them. I've had some muscle cramps and shakiness, but my doctor adjusted the dose and it got better. Serious side effects like liver issues are rare, but if you feel persistently unwell, get it checked out. Sudden weight gain or vision changes were concerning in my family with transplants but I’ve been fortunate enough to dodge those.

My friend's been struggling with the hair growth on Gengraf. I think it's a side effect most people don't talk about. It's a hassle, but it's good to know it can improve over time.

Gengraf can be tough to manage, but sticking to your doctor's instructions is key. I've been on it for a year now post-liver transplant, and the dizziness has mostly passed. Staying hydrated and eating small, frequent meals helped with the nausea. Upvotes for regular doctor visits and reporting any unusual symptoms immediately.

Don't forget that Gengraf can cause liver problems. Dark urine, fatigue, and yellow eyes are all signs to watch for. It's scary, but hopefully, regular check-ups will keep us all safe.

Has anyone else had issues with hair growth on Gengraf? I looked like a werewolf for a while! Mine went away after a few months. Also, managing stress helps in keeping the immune system in check. Regular check-ups, monitoring your blood pressure, and watching for signs of infection are crucial.

I'm on Gengraf for severe psoriasis. It's been life-changing, but the nausea can be brutal. Ginger tea and peppermint oil candies have been my saviors.

I've had anxiety over the potential side effects. My doctor told me to look out for any signs of infection, inflammation or swelling. Also, watch out for any kind of gum changes, it can be an early indicator of kidney problems. Keeping a note of any changes has been helpful in keeping my anxiety at bay.

I read that it can cause brain problems like PML and PRES. How do you guys manage the psychological aspect? I feel like I can't believe my doctor that it's not super risky.

I've been taking Gengraf for almost 6 months now and it's been a roller coaster. I've had some issues with hair growth and dizziness, but my doctor has been adjusting the dosage, so it's bearable. But I’ve been getting severe headaches and muscle cramps these days. I’m not sure if it’s because of the medicine or something else. Advice anybody?
