Eye pain and irritation are common but it can be managed. I took it slow and everything was fine.
I had a bad reaction to Gentamicin. I got hives all over my face and had trouble breathing. I ended up in the ER and had to switch to a different antibiotic. Be careful!

I didn't have any side effects, but I did feel a bit of sting. It didn't last long, though. I think it's worth it if it's clearing up the infection.
