I was recently prescribed Iyuzeh 0.005% Opth Sol Single Use eye drops for glaucoma, and I'm curious to hear from others who have used them. How effective have they been in lowering eye pressure? What side effects have you experienced? Since it's a preservative-free formulation, I'm hoping it will be gentler on my eyes. I wear contact lenses and have sensitive eyes, so any feedback on that front would be much appreciated. I'm particularly concerned about the rare but serious side effects like eye color changes. I'd love to hear from anyone who has experienced that or knows someone who has. Has anyone noticed the eyelash changes? Are they really noticeable and do they go away after you stop using the drops? I'm really hoping they do, as it could be an unexpected benefit. I've started using them only recently and haven't noticed any changes yet. Have any of you had to report side effects, and if so, to whom?

Iyuzeh has been a lifesaver for me. I've had glaucoma for years, and this is the first medication that's really made a difference. I did notice some mild burning initially, but it subsided quickly. Most of the time, no issues at all.

I've been using Iyuzeh for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer. My eye pressure has decreased significantly, and I haven't experienced any major side effects. I did notice some minor eye irritation at first, but it went away after a week or so. Definitely worth it for the relief it provides. The best part is that I can wear my contacts without any issues. I do wear makeup, but really haven't noticed any eyelash changes. I'm glad I can still use my favorite mascara and such.

I had a horrible allergic reaction to Iyuzeh. My eyes swelled up, and I had trouble breathing, it was horrible. I ended up in the ER and had to switch medications. I can't believe I didn't have a reaction to the initial test dose. Be careful.

I've been on Iyuzeh for a while now and my lashes just get thicker and darker. My doctor said it's an eyelash raising effect from the active ingredient. My daughter said they looked beautiful. I've just decided to roll with it.

Has anyone else noticed any changes in their eye color? I read about this side effect and it's kind of freaking me out. I don't want to end up with brown eyes if I already have blue eyes. I'm going to keep an eye out for this and talk to my doctor if I notice any changes.

I started using Iyuzeh last month, and my eye pressure is down by 5 points! No side effects so far, and I'm a contact lens wearer. It's been great.

Iyuzeh has been a lifesaver for my glaucoma, but I have to admit the eyelash changes were a bit strange at first. But, I have to say the thickened and darker eyelashes are kind of growing on me. They give me such a big doe-eyed look.

I had to stop using Iyuzeh because of severe eye irritation. I tried it out for a couple of weeks but the burning sensation was too much to bear. It's a bummer because it seemed to be working, but my eyes just couldn't handle it. I switched to another medication and it's been fine since then. I do wish this could have worked, though.
