I have been taking Glyburide 2.5mg Tablets for a few months now. It's been effective in controlling my type 2 diabetes, but I've had some issues with low blood sugar and a couple of times I needed immediate medical attention. I don't want to scare anyone, but I think it's important to be aware of the potential side effects. Has anyone else experienced anything unusual? Also what has been your experience with hypglycemia? Any tips on managing low blood sugar symptoms?

I've had no side effects so far, but I keep track of everything carefully. It's worth it to stay on top of things. Thanks for sharing your experiences, everyone. It really helps to know we're not alone in this.

I switched to a different medication because I kept having allergic reactions to Glyburide. I had a rash and my throat started to close up. Definitely call the doctors ASAP if you experience an allergic reaction, it's NOT worth messing around with.

I just started taking Glyburide and I'm feeling a bit nervous about the side effects. But I guess it’s better to be informed than stuck in the dark.

I haven't noticed any changes in my eyesight, but I do keep an eye out for it. It's good to be aware of all the potential side effects, Thanks for the reminder!.

I’ve had muscle and joint pain since starting Glyburide. It’s pretty uncomfortable, but my doc said it’s a known side effect. Anyone else experiencing this?

I had no idea Glyburide could cause liver problems! I'm going to talk to my doctor about monitoring my liver function. Good to know this isn't a common side effect but is something to watch for.

I've gained a bit of weight since starting Glyburide. Not sure if it's the meds or just my diet, but it's something to keep in mind. Has anyone else noticed weight changes?
