I've been prescribed Gonal-F Redi-Ject 450iu Inj, 0.75ml for fertility treatments, and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. The list of possible issues is long and scary, from severe allergic reactions to blood clots and even lung problems. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? How did you cope with the side effects, and what precautions did your doctor take to ensure your safety? I'd love to hear from anyone who's gone through this, especially if you have some tips for managing the injections and any discomfort that comes with them. Also, I'd be very interested to hear from those who have not experienced side effects or have had mild ones. All insights are appreciated!

I had a couple of rough days with shortness of breath and chest pain, but thankfully, my doctor caught it early and adjusted my dose. Stay vigilant and never hesitate to call your doctor if something feels off.

Literally the worst part is the needle. I've never been afraid of needles, until I started these shots. I'm not gonna lie, they're worse than a flu shot. But hey, if it works, it's worth it.

I've been on Gonal-F for a few months now, and while it's not been a walk in the park, I've managed to deal with the side effects. The injections were really scary at first, but my doctor showed me how to do them properly, and it's become routine. I've had some bloating and stomach pain, but nothing too severe. Just make sure to stay in close contact with your doctor and report any symptoms right away.

I've heard horror stories, but I've also seen people get their miracle baby. It's a risky but rewarding journey. Hang in there!

I never had any side effects and got amazing results. My fertility doctor was very attentive and monitored me closely. I did have some mild injection site irritation, but that was about it. I really do believe that staying in constant communication with your doctor is key. Also, be sure to use ice packs on the injection site – worked wonders for me.

I had a friend who went through this and had really bad mood swings. It was tough on her and her partner. Communication and support are key during this time.
