Trying to avoid the severe side effects has been difficult. I have not had erectile dysfunction yet, but I have had a few dizzy spells. The side effects are a nuisance, but the focus is worth it.
Anyone else have issues with sleep disturbances? I've been pretty restless and it's affecting my daily routine. My doctor said it might take time to regulate.
Guanfacine ER is a great option for ADHD management but just be aware that you may experience some changes, such as difficulty swallowing or talking. Some people feel it's worth it in the long run. If that were to happen, it's important to talk to your doctor right away.
