I've been prescribed Haloperidol 10mg tablets to treat a mood condition, but I'm really concerned about the side effects. Has anyone else experienced serious issues like abdominal pain, hallucinations, or trouble moving around? Also, how have you dealt with common side effects like drowsiness and dry mouth? Yep, the increased saliva production can be really annoying. I find myself constantly swallowing or needing a tissue to dry my mouth. I just take it as a small price to pay for the relief it brought to my delusions and hallucinations. It really is a powerful drug.
I had a pretty scary moment with enlarged breast tissue and nausea from using this one. It was hard to believe how one drug could have such a dramatic effect on my body. Minimal side effects to me.
I have Tourette’s and Haloperidol was a lifesaver. The benefits far outweigh the side effects for me. I've had some nasal stuffiness though. But it's no big deal to me. Only thing is that sometimes I still find myself falling asleep in the middle of the day when I've not been taking it.
Has anyone had issues with low sodium levels? I've been feeling really weak and it's the only side effect I can think of that matches my symptoms. Grabbed myself an electrolyte drink as a precautionary measure.
This drug can be a savior for some so I think it's down to the individual.
