I've been trying to quit smoking for a while now, and I recently came across Nicotine 4mg Mint Gum 110s. It's supposed to help reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms by giving you a controlled amount of nicotine. Has anybody tried this before? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. I've read about some serious side effects, so I'm a bit hesitant. Has anyone had any issues with these?

I used the gum and now I'm on the patch. I want to quit nicotine, so I'm using both to slowly wean off. It's a process, but it's worth it. I did also have some bad dreams... not sure if the gum was the cause, but I'm going to do some research.

Just be patient, everyone has just had different experiences. It was about a week before I really started feeling better. The first few days were the worst, but it got easier after that. Keep going, you can do it!

I've been using the gum for a week now and it's been a game-changer. I chew a piece whenever I get a craving, and it really helps to keep me from smoking. I've also noticed that I'm not as irritable or restless as I was before. I'm going to keep using it until I'm completely off nicotine. Make time to see your doctor to talk about it though, just to be safe.

I had the same issue with the gum. I ended up switching to the patch and it worked like a charm. The key is to keep trying different methods until you find what works for you.

A friend of mine used this gum and it helped him quit, but he said the gum made his mouth sore. Gotta weigh the pros and cons, I guess.

I did not have a great experience with the Nicotine 4mg Mint Gum 110s. It didn't help with my cravings at all, and I ended up feeling nauseous and jittery. I had to stop using it after a few days. I think it might be different for everyone, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone based on my experience. Also, if you find you're having other side effects like confusion or chest pain, stop using it and go talk to a doctor.

I've used Nicotine 4mg Mint Gum 110s and it was a lifesaver for me. It helped me get through the worst of the withdrawal symptoms. I chewed a few pieces a day and gradually reduced the amount over a few weeks. It's not a magic solution, but it definitely made the process easier. I did experience some mouth irritation at first, but it went away after a while. I've also had some friends try it, and they also found it beneficial, so it's worth a shot if you're really trying to quit.

How long did it take for the withdrawal symptoms to go away for you? I'm on day 3 and it's been rough.

I tried it and had this weird tingling feeling in my mouth. Is that normal?
