I have been prescribed Tyenne 200mg/10ml Injection for managing my rheumatoid arthritis. It is said to block the interleukin-6 (IL-6) protein, which causes inflammation. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? How did it work out for you? I am particularly concerned about the potentially severe side effects. Is anyone else in the same boat?

I had nightmares about allergic reactions for the first few weeks. It was a little scary. I wish I had known more about the urgency of these reactions before I started. My doctor is great about tracking symptoms though.

I’m not sure I'd call it safe and effective. I had some weird numbness in my skin and legs for a while. Had to stop the medication. I'd be careful with this one.

I think the potential side effects are a bit scary but the doctor said they are rare. I am gonna trust my doctor and see how this goes. Fingers crossed!

I’ve been on Tyenne for about 6 months now. It’s been a game changer for my RA symptoms. The infusion process is a bit daunting at first, but the nurse at the clinic makes it easy. As for side effects, I’ve only had mild ones like a headache and some anxiety, but nothing too serious. Just make sure to report any changes to your doctor right away.

Just started this and already feeling a bit better. Fingers crossed it stays that way. I am gonna be careful and keep an eye on everything the package said to watch out for

OMG, I feel like I am going through all of those side effects. My doctor says I need to monitor my liver and eyes regularly. Good luck to everyone on this drug.

Does anyone know if the infusion can be done at home or only in a clinical setting?

This drug is the only thing that has helped my rheumatoid arthritis, and it's worth the side effects for me. If you are going to take it, make sure you are very aware of your body and know the signs of a serious reaction. My doctor told me to report any changes immediately.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about Tyenne. Some people swear by it, others say it’s terrible. I think it really depends on the individual and how badly you need the inflammation reduction.
