I was recently prescribed Levonor 0.15mg/estrad 0.03mg Tabs as a birth control method. This medication contains two female hormones, estrogen and progestin. It works by preventing ovulation and altering cervical mucus and uterine lining. I've been taking it for a few weeks now, and I'm trying to gather some insights from others who have used it. I've read about the possible side effects, ranging from mild to severe. I'm just curious about others' experiences, especially with the more serious symptoms. How have you handled the side effects? Any tips on managing them effectively?

I've had a hive rash breakout since taking Levonor. My doctor said it might be an allergic reaction. I was so scared. Has this happened to anyone else?

I’ve been on Levonor for a year now, and I’ve had no issues. I actually feel better than I did with other birth control pills. Sometimes it helps to wait it out and see if the symptoms go away after a few months.

I’m on the fence about this pill. My friend had some scary symptoms like blood clots and severe headaches, but I know it’s rare. Just trying to weigh the risks and benefits. Has anyone had really bad side effects?

The pill works great for me, but I got pregnant while on it to for a few months. I tried to figure it out and realized I missed a few pills. I’m not sure what would have happened otherwise, but I got lucky.

I switched to Levonor from a different pill, and it's been a game-changer! I had fewer mood swings and my periods have been lighter. Just make sure to take it at the same time every day. Consistency has been key for me.

I had a bad experience with Levonor. I experienced pretty severe headaches and mood swings. It wasn't worth it for me, so I switched to a different birth control method. YMMV though.
