I've been taking Xyzal 5mg Tablets for my allergies, and while they do help with the sneezing and itchy eyes, I've been feeling incredibly tired and weak. I've read that it's a 'non-drowsy' antihistamine, but I feel like I can barely stay awake. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm considering switching to a different medication, but I want to make sure this isn't just a fluke. I've also been experiencing some nosebleeds, which I didn't know could be a side effect. If anyone has dealt with or can explain this issue, I'd really appreciate your help!

My doctor told me that some people do feel drowsy from Xyzal, and it might be the way their body is metabolizing it. It's not really common, but it happens.

I've had the same issue with Xyzal. I ended up switching to Allegra, and it's been a game-changer. No more fatigue, and my allergies are still under control.

I've been on Xyzal for years and never had any issues with fatigue, just occasional dry mouth. Maybe it's just not the right med for you.

Xyzal works great for me, I never got fatigue, but I know some people have issues with it, maybe ask your doctor about a different antihistamine to see if that makes a difference.

Have you tried taking Xyzal in the evening instead of the morning? Sometimes changing the timing can help with the fatigue. Also, make sure you're staying hydrated—dry mouth can be a side effect, and dehydration might be contributing to your fatigue.

Same here! I feel like a walking zombie. But if you take it with a mix of Vitamin B and C you'll feel better.
