I've been on Mirapex 0.125mg Tablets for about 3 months to manage my Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). Overall, it's helped a lot with the symptoms, but lately, I've been experiencing some pretty vivid hallucinations, mostly at night. I've read that this can be a side effect, but I'm not sure if it's something I should be concerned about or if it's just a rare occurrence. Has anyone else had similar experiences or any advice on what to do?

I found that Mirapex helped with my RLS, but it gave me really bad constipation. I started taking a stool softener and it helped a lot. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about side effects or adjusting the dosage. It's not uncommon for people to experience side effects.

I took Mirapex for a while and had some weird urges, like wanting to gamble and spend money. It was really strange. I didn't have hallucinations, though, so I don't know if that's related. I'm not sure if it's caused by the medication or something else, but it's not normal.

I've been on Mirapex for about 6 months, and I haven't experienced any hallucinations, but I did have some strange vivid dreams. Have you talked to your doctor about it?

I switched to Mirapex from another medication for RLS and I didn't have any hallucinations, but I did have some pretty bad sleepiness. I had to stop driving for a while because I kept falling asleep at the wheel. It was scary.

I've heard about these side effects but didn't think they were common. Maybe it's worth asking your doctor if there's an alternative medication you can try. Hallucinations sound pretty frightening.

I've had some pretty bad changes in posture since I started taking Mirapex. I've been bending forward at the waist and it's really uncomfortable. I didn't have any hallucinations, though. It's possible that adjusting the dosage or switching medications could help.

I had really bad dizziness and fainting spells when I first started taking Mirapex. It got so bad that I couldn't drive for a while. Make sure you talk to your doctor about any side effects you're experiencing. Maybe they can adjust your dosage or switch you to a different medication.
