I recently started taking Cyanocobalamin 1000mcg/ml Inj, 1ml injections to treat my vitamin B12 deficiency. I've been reading about the potential side effects, and I'm a bit nervous. The urgent side effects list seems quite scary. Has anyone else had any issues with them? I've been feeling a bit dizzy and weak lately, but I'm not sure if that's from the injections or just my overall lack of energy. I want to know how others are coping with it.

I've had great results with the injections, but I did have some tingling in my hands and feet at first. It went away after a few weeks. If you're just starting out, give it some time and see if the side effects go away.

I had a really bad reaction to the injections, but it was just a few days of a rash and itching. I went to the doctor, and he had me switch to a different brand. So far, I haven't had any issues with the new brand.

I've been on Cyanocobalamin injections for a while now, and I haven't had any major issues. Just some joint pain, but it's manageable.

I've had a few bouts of diarrhea and upset stomach, but nothing too severe. I've been taking them for about 6 months now, and the side effects seem to be getting better. Cyanocobalamin has really helped my energy levels.

I was really nervous about the chest pain side effect, but my doctor assured me that it's very rare. I've been fine so far, but I'll keep an eye out for any of the other urgent symptoms. Keep a close eye on those, but don't freak out too much!

Has anyone else noticed that their skin feels itchy after the injection? Like a rash that goes away after a few hours
