Has anyone else experienced severe side effects from Fluticasone 0.05% Cream?
I've been using Fluticasone 0.05% Cream for a few weeks now to treat my eczema, and while it has helped with the itching and redness, I've been noticing some concerning side effects. I've had some burning and stinging at the site of application, which is manageable, but I'm also experiencing some unusual fatigue and mood changes. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if these could be signs of something more serious, like a weak adrenal gland. I've read about the potential side effects, but I'm not sure if what I'm experiencing falls into that category. Has anyone else had issues with this cream, and how did you handle it? Also, I am curious: Has anyone else noticed any changes in their skin texture or appearance after using this medication? It seems like some people get stretch marks or pimples, but I'm not sure if that's just part of the healing process or a side effect of the medication. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through this and could offer some insight. Thanks!

I used this for years with no problems. Maybe it's just a bad batch? I’d talk to your pharmacist and see if they can check it out. Worst case, they give you a new tube.
You might be having an allergic reaction. I got hives and a swollen face. I had to stop using it immediately and go to the ER. Be safe and get it checked out.
Be careful with that stuff. I used it for a bit and ended up with some serious skin thinning. It was scary. Definitely talk to your doctor.
I had similar issues with fatigue and mood swings. I stopped using it and talked to my doctor. They switched me to a different cream, and I haven't had any problems since. Might be worth discussing with your doctor.
I had a bad reaction to it too. Lots of redness and swelling. Switched to a hydrocortisone cream and it's been better. Definitely worth talking to a doctor about these symptoms.
I've been using Fluticasone for a while and haven't had any major issues. Maybe it's just your body adjusting to the medication. Stick it out for a bit and see if it improves.
