I recently started taking Select-OB Chewable Tablets as I am trying to become pregnant. I've heard great things about them, but I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects. Has anyone else experienced any severe reactions, such as allergic reactions or stomach bleeding? I want to be prepared but I also want to ensure I get all the necessary nutrients for a healthy pregnancy. How have others been managing the side effects or have you been lucky enough to not experience any?

I had a really bad reaction to them, ended up in the ER with severe stomach cramps. Never going back to those. YMMV, but be careful!

Always good to be cautious. Maybe try taking them before bed if the upset stomach is an issue, at least that way you sleep through it if it happens.

I've been taking them for a while and they're fine. Just remember to take them with food to avoid an upset stomach. Also, drink plenty of water to help with any constipation.

I heard some people are taking half a tablet in the morning and the other half in the evening or at night. It helps with the digestion. It couldn't hurt to try, right?

My friend had some bad experiences with them, but I am hesitant to trust anecdotal evidence. Isn't it better to go with what the doctors prescribe?

I switched to a different prenatal vitamin because I was having trouble with the taste of the Select-OB. The new ones have a slightly different nutrient profile, but I feel better taking them since I can tolerate them.

As long as you stay hydrated and take them with food, you should be fine. I've been on them for months and haven't had any issues. Just stay strong!

I started taking these a few months ago and haven't had any major issues. Just a bit of constipation, but that's manageable. Hopefully, you won't experience anything worse!
