I've been on Methotrexate for a few years now for my psoriasis, and I've definitely experienced some side effects. The most noticeable ones for me were fatigue and hair loss, which you mentioned. I found that taking it at a specific time of the week really helped, though. I take it on a Friday afternoon so the worst side effects hit on the weekend when I can rest.
