I was prescribed Xarelto 20mg Tablets to prevent blood clots due to atrial fibrillation. I've been taking it for about a month now, and while I understand it's meant to thin the blood, I've been noticing some side effects that I'm not sure are normal. I've been feeling unusually tired and weak, and I've had a persistent cough. I've also had some pain in my arms and legs, which is a bit concerning. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced these symptoms or has any advice on what to do. My doctor didn't mention these specific side effects, but I want to be sure I'm not missing something important.

I wish I could tell you it gets better over time. My cousin was prescribed Xarelt for a DVT and he had to be hospitalized twice due to severe bleeding.
