I was prescribed Clobex 0.05% Lotion for my psoriasis and I've had some really bad side effects. I've read that it's a very strong steroid and it's meant to be used for the short term, but I don't think I can take it anymore. I've experienced severe itching, redness, and even some hives. I've also had some signs of high blood sugar like unusual thirst and frequent urination. My doctor didn't warn me about these symptoms and I'm really scared. Has anyone else had these kinds of reactions? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through this. I had a similar experience with Clobex. I started getting hives and my skin felt like it was on fire. I stopped using it and my doctor switched me to a different topical cream. It might be worth talking to your doctor about changing medications.

High blood sugar symptoms are serious. You need to contact your doctor ASAP. Don't wait for things to get worse. I've heard horror stories about people ignoring these symptoms and ending up in the hospital.

I had some pretty intense burning and stinging when I first started using it, but it went away after a few days. Maybe your body just needs to adjust. But if it gets worse, definitely talk to your doctor. Don't just suffer through it.

My mom had Cushing's syndrome from using a steroid too long. She gained weight in the weirdest places. Make sure you aren't overusing Clobex. It could get ugly.

I've been using Clobex for a few weeks now and haven't had any issues. I think it's important to follow the instructions exactly and not use it for too long. Maybe you should double-check with your doctor about the dosage and duration.

I had no clue that Clobex could cause such severe side effects. I've been on it for a week and haven't noticed anything bad. Do you think it's possible that some people are just more sensitive to it than others?

I had a weird reaction to Clobex too. My skin was thinning and I had stretch marks. It was awful. I switched to a different topical treatment and it was much better. Good luck with finding something that works for you.

Who else had hives? I had them, that was brutal. I had to stop using the product and get some antihistamines. The worst part was the itching. I couldn't sleep.
