I've had stomach cramps that are quite painful and sometimes wake me up at night. I also noticed some skin redness and a bit of itching, which is strange since I've never had an allergic reaction to anything before. I'm hesitant to continue using it for now. I feel like Senna has helped me so much! There are so many comments about it causing trouble and I don't understand why. It works great for me!
I had to stop using Senna because it gave me horrible stomach cramps. I switched to a different laxative and it doesn't cause me any pain at all. I wish I had known about the side effects before I started taking it.

Senna can be a bit harsh on some people. Maybe try increasing your fiber intake and drinking more water to see if that helps with the constipation instead?
I had a really bad reaction to Senna once. I broke out in hives and had trouble breathing. I went to the ER and they said it was an allergic reaction. Scary stuff. Maybe you should try something else?
