I was prescribed Fluticasone 0.005% Ointment for my eczema, but I'm starting to worry about the side effects. I've read about some pretty scary stuff like allergic reactions, high blood sugar, and even signs of a weak adrenal gland. Has anyone else experienced these or similar issues? I'm trying to decide if the benefits outweigh the risks.

I switched to a different ointment because I was worried about the side effects. It's always good to have a backup plan. Maybe try something else if you're feeling uncertain?

I've never had any issues, but I always check with my dermatologist before starting any new medication. She's been a lifesaver!

I'm an RN and I've seen patients have severe reactions. If you experience any of those urgent side effects, seek medical help immediately. Don't mess around with this stuff.

I had a mild allergic reaction at first, but it went away after a few days. Stick with it and see if your body adjusts. But definitely keep an eye out for those urgent symptoms!

I've been using it for a while and haven't had any issues. But I did read the side effects list and it's pretty scary. Maybe talk to your doctor about alternative treatments?

I got some burning after using the ointment, but it went away quickly. I'm not sure if it was a side effect or what, but it wasn't too bad.
