Has anyone else had success with Budesonide 0.5mg/2ml Vials for managing asthma?
I was recently prescribed Budesonide 0.5mg/2ml Vials to manage my asthma. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and I'm noticing some improvements in my breathing. However, I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects, especially the more severe ones. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? How long did it take for you to see results? Also curious about how often you experience side effects (be they major or minor). I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Thanks!

I've used Budesonide before, you should definitely be careful about not breathing it in too much.
I've been using Budesonide for a year now. It's made a huge difference in my quality of life. I had to deal with a few minor side effects initially, but they've since disappeared. Just make sure to follow your doctor's instructions closely. My doctor was really helpful with making sure I knew how to use the nebulizer properly. It's a bit of a learning curve, but it's worth it.
Good luck with your treatment! But keep an eye out for any severe side effects. Especially the breathing problems. I had a friend who had to be hospitalized because of it. It's scary stuff.
Budesonide has been a lifesaver for my asthma. I used to have daily attacks, but ever since I started using this, I've had a noticeable improvement. I do get an occasional nosebleed, but it's nothing compared to the relief I get from my asthma. To be honest I was worried when my doctor told me about the side effects but they haven't been that bad.
I've never liked using nebulizers. It always feels like I'm breathing in too much of the medication. My doctor told me it was probably just anxiety, but that doesn't help. I guess I'll just have to push through it.
I had to stop using Budesonide because of severe headaches. It was really disappointing because it was helping my asthma a lot. I've been using an alternative now and it's been okay, but I still miss the effectiveness of Budesonide. I wish I could find a way to use it without the side effects.

I've been using Budesonide for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my asthma. I noticed a significant reduction in inflammation, but I did experience a bit of throat irritation. It was a bit scary at first but my doctor said it was minor and it went away after a while. Just make sure to use your spacer correctly and monitor your breathing. Things should improve pretty quickly.
Budesonide was life-changing! The first time I used it I felt more relaxed and my lungs were calmer. It isn't a cure all, but I'm definitely breathing easier. My doctor did warn me about the side effects, but they haven't bothered me much which is good. I'm just glad I have something that works so I don't have to worry about asthma as much.
