Has anyone else had trouble with But/acetamnophen/caff Cap 50-300-40?
I've been prescribed But/acetamnophen/caff Cap 50-300-40 for tension headaches, and while it does help, I've been experiencing some dizziness and upset stomach. I'm not sure if it's worth the tradeoff. Has anyone else had similar issues? I'm wondering if there are alternatives or if these side effects just take some getting used to.

I wish I could just take plain aspirin for the headaches without the side effects or the caffeine.
Has anyone talked to their doctor about lowering the dose? Maybe that would help with the side effects.
I had to switch to a different medication because of a severe allergic reaction. Not worth it for me.
I've tried pretty much everything to stop the tension headaches and this is the only thing that works. The stomach pain isn't terrible, especially for the relief.
I had the same issue with dizziness. My doctor told me to make sure I'm eating regularly and staying hydrated. I needed to check with him before taking anything for stomach troubles.
I've been on this med for years. Advice: don't mix it with alcohol, and try not to take it on an empty stomach. It will help a lot with the stomach pain, and not drinking will keep you from feeling too sleepy.
There's always the risk of severe side effects, so I'm glad mine have stayed mild. If you're concerned, it's worth checking in with your doctor.
Same boat. Dreadful stomach pain. Consider a different painkiller, i tried tylenal and it works sometimes..
I've been taking this for a while and it's been great, but I've noticed I get a bit jittery if I take it too close to bedtime. Just a heads-up if anyone else has this issue.
