I found the bottle a little hard to open at first. Maybe it's just me, but the cap was super tight. It's a minor thing, but it was annoying at first.
I noticed a huge improvement in my iron levels after switching to this supplement. But it took a while to adjust to the side effects – I got black stools a couple of times, which was kinda scary. It's good to know that's a thing to look out for.
