I've been dealing with some severe dehydration due to intense summer heat and long workouts outside. My doctor recommended Ceralyte 70 Lemon Powder. It seems to work well, but I'm wondering if anyone else has tried it and what their experiences are. Is it really better than other rehydration powders? What was your experience with the taste? Also, any side effects to be aware of?

I've used it a few times and it's really good. The lemon flavor is quite pleasant, which makes it easier to drink. I haven't experienced any side effects so far.

Ceralyte 70 really helped me when I was hit by severe vomiting and diarrhea last month. I was skeptical at first, but it was easy to use and very effective.

I tried it once and it was okay, but I didn't notice a huge difference compared to plain water. Maybe I didn't give it enough time to work or something.

The powder tastes fine but I've got some powder stuck to the bottom of the cup. It's supposed to dissolve totally. Anyone else have that problem?

I've always used oral rehydration salts from the pharmacy, which are essentially the same. Just curious what sets Ceralyte apart?

I think it's the electrolyte balance that makes Ceralyte stand out. It has a specific ratio of salts and sugars, which is crucial for effective rehydration. Plus, it's easier to mix than some other powders I've tried .

I usually use Pedialyte, but I'm definitely going to give Ceralyte a try if it's that effective. I don't have to worry about my kids getting dehydration during sports season.

I had a bad reaction to it. Got really dizzy and my heart was racing. I think it could be an allergic reaction, but it was definitely scary.
