I've been trying to quit smoking for a while now, and I recently started using Nicotine Lozenge 4mg Mint to help with the cravings. I'm curious to hear from others who have tried this method. How effective has it been for you? Did you experience any side effects? What was your overall experience like? I'm looking for any tips, advice, or warnings you might have. Thanks in advance for sharing your stories!

Does anyone know if the mint flavor is supposed to be that strong? I feel like it's almost too much sometimes.

I tried these lozenges, and they didn’t do much for me. I found that the nicotine gum worked better. Maybe it was the flavor or the delivery method, but the lozenges just didn’t cut it.

The lozenges have been a game-changer for me. I've tried everything from patches to gum, but these lozenges have been the most effective. I've been able to significantly reduce my smoking and am feeling way more confident about quitting for good.

I've been using Nicotine Lozenge 4mg Mint for a while now, and I've found them to be incredibly helpful. They've really curbed my cravings. The trick is to take one every hour for the first 6-8 hours and then gradually reduce the frequency. I've also found that using them alongside other quitting methods, like therapy and exercise, has been most effective.

I've been using these lozenges for about a month now, and I've noticed a significant reduction in my cravings. They do leave a bit of a mint aftertaste, but it's bearable. I've had some minor side effects like headaches and trouble sleeping, but nothing too severe. Overall, I think they're helping me quit smoking.

I find the mint flavor to be a bit too intense at first, but I've got used to it over time. It's the tradeoff you make for the nicotine hit I needed to stop smoking. I've found that keeping some peppermints on hand helps to offset the minty taste from the lozenge.

I tried the lozenges but ended up switching to the patch. The lozenges were just too much hassle for me—they left my mouth feeling weird, and I felt like I was always chewing on something. Plus, I was getting a sore throat. But they might work better for you since we’re all different.
