I've been giving my 18-month-old the Multi-Vit/fe/fl 0.25mg Drops for a few weeks now, and I've noticed some changes in his stool color and consistency. I'm not sure if this is normal or if I should be worried. The drops seem to be helping with his overall health, but I want to make sure I'm not missing any potential side effects. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I'd love to hear from parents who have used this supplement and their doctors' advice on dealing with any issues that arose.

Just a heads-up, but if your child has a known allergy to any of the ingredients, definitely avoid this supplement. My neighbor's kid had a bad reaction to the iron and it was scary.

Has anyone else noticed darkening of teeth? My pediatrician said it was normal but it seemed odd to me. I've really been brushing my daughter's teeth twice a day now

I started giving this to my toddler a month ago and she's been great so far. No side effects at all. I've been really careful about dosage and always mix it with a bit of juice to make sure she swallows it all. It's a bit pricey but worth it to know she's getting all the nutrients she needs.

I've been using these drops for my twin toddlers and have noticed no side effects. They’re growing like weeds! I’ve been giving them the drops in the morning after breakfast and the mixing with a banana puree has made it so easy and they love it!

What plant are the vitamins from? I never knew that before.

I think it's important to note that while these drops are great for overall health, the iron content can sometimes cause constipation. Make sure your little one is getting enough fiber and water to counteract that.

I gave this to my kid and he had a weird rash all over his body. His doctor thought it was an allergic reaction and told me to stop the supplement. Now he’s on a different one. The drops are good but it seems like you have to keep an eye out for reactions.

I wish there were more options for liquid vitamins without fluoride. I’m not a fan of fluoride and I’d rather my daughter doesn’t get it until she’s older. Any recommendations?

I’ve had green stools and constipation with one of my kids and nothing with another. I kept giving it to them both until my kid needed some extra iron and fluoride and was given a different supplement. It seems like everyone has a different reaction.
