I've been taking Bacid Capsules for a few weeks now to help with my digestive issues after a round of antibiotics. I've read about some serious side effects, but I'm curious if anyone has actually experienced them. What should I do if I start feeling dizzy or weak? Also, are there any tips for managing the more common side effects like gas or stomach cramps? I want to make sure I'm taking these safely and effectively.

I had a nasty case of hives after taking Bacid. Never again. Definitely monitor your reactions, and if you get anything like that, stop and call your doctor. Good luck!

I took Bacid for a few weeks and felt fine, but then I started losing weight without trying. I stopped taking them and the weight loss stopped. Just be aware of any unusual symptoms.

I've been taking Bacid for over a year now and haven't had any issues. I actually feel better overall. Just remember, everyone's body is different, so what works for one person might not for another. You do you.

Bacid has a good balance of beneficial bacteria and doesn't have a lot of fillers. It's worked well for me, but definitely talk to your doctor about it before you start. They can give you personalized tips too.

My doctor recommended taking probiotics after a round of antibiotics, but I'm not sure if Bacid is the right choice. Any thoughts? Did you consider other probiotics? How did you choose Becid?

I had a friend who took Bacid and started feeling really dizzy and weak. She had to stop taking them immediately and see a doctor. It was scary. I'd recommend anyone feeling those symptoms to seek medical help right away.

I've been on Bacid Capsules for a month and haven't had any issues. Just a bit of gas at first, but it went away. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

You might want to take Bacid with food to minimize stomach cramps. I found that eating a light snack before taking them helped a lot. Just be sure to stay hydrated and take them consistently. Also, if you experience changes in urine output or muscle/body pain, see a doctor! Those can be big warning signs.

I had some really bad stomach cramps when I first started taking them, but it got better after a week or so. Just keep at it and see how your body reacts. If it gets worse, talk to your doctor.

If you're worried about side effects, start with a lower dose and gradually increase it. This can help your body adjust. But again, listen to your body. If something feels off, trust your gut (haha) and consult a pro.
