I've been taking Omega-3 1000mg capsules for a few weeks now to improve my heart health and brain function. I've heard that they can cause some side effects, but I'm not sure how common they are. I've always had a pretty sensitive stomach, so I'm a bit nervous about the potential for an upset stomach or burping. Has anyone else experienced these side effects or any other side effects? Is it worth trying to stick with them or should I consider a different supplement?

I take these for my joints. I've found that they've helped with inflammation and I haven't had any issues. I think the burping is normal, but if it persists you should talk to a doctor.

Burping is annoying but manageable. But my friend's heart started racing. He stopped taking them.

I've been taking Omega-3 every day for a year and I honestly haven't experienced any side effects. I've just noticed that my skin looks better and my mind feels clearer. I think it's worth it; just make sure you're taking high-quality supplements.

I take them daily and have not noticed any issues. I think people need to stop assuming that any side effects are due to the supplement. Some people will blame anything on the supplement so everyone else starts thinking that they will have the same side effects.

I have found that taking them with food helps a lot. Made a world of difference for me, and I haven't had any stomach issues or burping since I started doing it. Plus, Omega-3s are great for overall health so it's worth a try.

Does anyone know if it's okay to take these if you're pregnant? Trying to decide if they are safe for me.

Not sure it's worth the risk. I heard it messes with blood sugar and blood pressure.
