I was recently prescribed Levo-T 150mcg Tablets for hypothyroidism and I'm experiencing hair loss. I found out that this can be a side effect. I'm curious if anyone else has gone through this and how long it lasted. Also, what were the other side effects you noticed? Were they temporary? Did any of the side effects get better over time or did you need to change your dosage? Did you find a solution for the hair loss or do you just wait it out? I'm trying to understand if this is a common issue with Levo-T and if I should talk to my doctor about it.

Hair loss is a common side effect, but it usually resolves within the first few months. Make sure to drink plenty of water and eat a balanced diet to support your hair health. Good luck!

I've been on Levo-T for a year and I haven't experienced any hair loss. Maybe it's just a temporary phase for you.

I had hair loss when I first started taking Levo-T, but it went away after a few months. Stick it out. It should pass

Hair loss can be scary, but it's usually temporary. Make sure to take your medication at the same time every day, and try to eat a balanced diet. Also, consider using a gentle shampoo and conditioner to minimize further damage.

How long have you been on Levo-T? Sometimes it takes a bit of time for your body to adjust to the medication. Have you talked to your doctor about your concerns? They might be able to adjust your dose or switch you to a different brand.

I had some weight fluctuations and mood swings when I started Levo-T, but nothing too bad. Hair loss is a bummer, I wish I could help more. Keep us updated!
